Nice fox. What kind of market do you have in Australia? In other words, what do you expect this fox will bring when it’s time to sell?
Never too old to learn

Very nice shot and fox. What other animals can you trap down there?

Is the fur valuable? Is there a market for it?
Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

Our fox prime up late Nov early Dec. I assume yours in the southern hemisphere would be prime late May early June?

Nice fox. What kind of market do you have in Australia? In other words, what do you expect this fox will bring when it’s time to sell? its a bit hit and miss here....sometimes there is a demand but most times there isn't.....when they are buying if it a big skin you can get $20.00 for a skin but most average 10 bucks a skin...about 15 years ago when I was pro kangaroo shooting for a living I sold fox skins as an extra income...I sold 18 skins, got 20 bucks for one skin and the rest was 12.50 a skin Very nice shot and fox. What other animals can you trap down there? we can trap feral cats(house cats that have gone wild) foxes, rabbits and wild dogs ….. I mainly concentrate on the cats and foxes as there is no wild dogs in the area I live ...and rabbits come and go because of the virus Our fox prime up late Nov early Dec. I assume yours in the southern hemisphere would be prime late May early June? yes you would assume correctly...and june/july is their mating time and the skins are prime but fall of around august when they become rubbed

Nice photos too. You must know what you are doing with a camera. I just take snap shots, not photographs like you do.......jk Ps I was there in the '70s for a few months and worked in TPNG (New Guinea) for 6 months too. Totally different environment than here in Pennsylvania.
