When I was 9 years old I bought my 1st HAVAHART Cage Trap it was a model # 3A for raccoons. In the box was instructions how to set it & a list of all the other models cage traps that they soldthat they sold. At the bottom of the list was a model # 7 that was designed for fox with a live compartment at the end of the cage for a chicken, rabbit or what ever a guy wanted to use. I forget the price it sold for back then but I knew it was out of my league as for price range. I always wanted 1 of them but never did buy one. Has anybody on here ever seen one or have owned one?

I don't even think company has ever made a trap like that with a live compartment attached to the cage. I might be wrong but I thought I would ask .

Yeah I know that now but was just thinking about the good old days of being a kid with dreams.

There's been some different traps made with a live bait compartment over the years. Don't know if many people ever caught a canine with said trap.

A buddy had one stored in a shed. A snow storm collapsed the shed and crushed the trap flat.

Did he ever catch any fox with it just out of curiosity?
