What uses are there for fish eggs? Seems like every carp I catch has a belly full of em, and the occasional catfish as well. I've eaten them before, but got sick once and now I'm leary of them. Do they have any use in the trapping world ? Or perhaps a way to eat them beside just frying them in some lard?

great coon and mink bait,really have to work to get them all and keeps them at the set longer.never tried them for canines but feel they would hold the same attraction.

Roll them in corn meal and fry. You'd be surprised how good they are to eat.

Caviar recipes are ridiculously simple.



I've always wanted to try it, but never got around to it yet.





A friend and I did try raw paddlefish eggs at the cleaning station one time. He thought they were great, I wasn't impressed.
