fishing knot? I really like the fisherman's knot, I've always used it and taught it to my kids. They rig their own poles and that's the knot they use as well. It seems to get the job done with no problems of letting go at the knot for us. What are your go to knots for the fish you target?

Palomar for braid and trilene for mono.

Need to add a good snell knot for circles.

I use a palomar a lot. sometimes a trilene. I snell hooks on limb lines

I use the old cinch knot for mono, and the overhand loop for braided dacron.

Palamar. Try not to cross the lines on the hook eye

palomar knot or uni-knot depending on what I'm tying

for mono most of the time I use a clinch knot this is the trilene knot with one less loop at the hook , I learned it many years ago and it is fast and held for my purposes

surgeons loop for making loops for rigs on leaders

Double surgeon's knot, use it in place of the overhand knot in you fisherman's bend to join two lines or back around the leader to fasten hooks. As a wrangler and a sailor in my youth I learned about every knot out there and for fishing this is tops, use it to build multi section tapered fly leaders and can tie it with cold wet hands to change fly after fly if wanted.
A very good loop knot is what used to be called the "central draft/drought loop" but is now the "perfection loop". Lefty's Non-slip Loop knot is great for attaching hooks or lures so that they move freely.

Polmar knot the top side of my swivels. Double Cinch knot the bottom side. And I Snell Knot the Hook.. Thats my flathead catfishing rig. Three different knots.

I tie a good knot. I don't know what it would be classified as but it holds. It's a knot.
