beaverpeeler trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 11,219 Oregon	Yep. You have a beaver with herpes (warts). I have one lake on the Oregon coast where 80% of all the beaver have them. Highly contagious in the beaver community I surmise. Doesn't seem to hurt them any though. My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

scotiantrapper OP trapper Joined: Apr 2017 Posts: 247 Nova Scotia, Canada	Hahaha that’s what I called it too, it was a small lodge with just a new pair on a small lake. The male didn’t have them on him and none of the other beaver in the surrounding lakes or rivers didn’t have them. Interesting
