Sounds awesome. My co-workers laugh at me when I tell them that beaver is on the menu for me about 3 days a week. Then they give me really concerned looks when I tell them that I have some 15 or 20 beaver cut up, in my freezer.

Neat idea. Never thought of getting beav meat turned into value-added meat products. I wonder if any of our "lockers" do it around here...

it cost 62.50 to have 20 pounds of slim jims and 20 pounds of hamburger made an packet they add 20% pork to it an smoke it , I thought it was a good price , That's a great price! The slim jim's sound like a great snack.

Did you tell them at the shop It was beaver? One year I took In about 50 Lbs of coon meat with my venison don't know If I got the coon meat back or some on else got It. It was going to be made Into sausage.
