Yeah, at the risk of being called every derogatory name in the book (and I don't really care), this article, to me, is very believable. I saw firsthand over nearly 30 years what was going on in Alaska and the Russian Far East. Climate change is real, my friends. Sticking our heads in the sand and denying is like saying you don't believe in gravity (can't see it, must be BS). There, I said it. Better get out the popcorn...

No flask from me, Jack Whatever the reason/s, it has been a pattern swing in temps . I respect your lifetime of experience and your observations and studies of the natural world are unsurpassed .

Jack Actually, few of us debate that some kind of climate change is happening. The debate is cause and what , if anything, can be done.

I have never heard a single person denying that the climate is changing. What's foolish is to think that we are causing it.
What is more foolish is to think we can do something about it!

Do you recall the end was near with a giant hole in the ozone due to chemicals we make escaping into the air? We paid a bunch to end it and lo and behold China never did stop and pumps out more chemical gas than ever. They say that ozone hole is gone now despite China. Imagine that?
Agreed above, things sure do change but blaming me and others does not wash. By the way, what is the worlds population now , how many billion 96 degree plus walking furnaces are now on the planet?

I noticed the weather doing it's biggest changes after Mount St Helen's then the volcano in the Philippines both erupted our bitter cold winters aren't as long as they once were and I sure miss it . It seems to me our normal ( for us here in Montana ) winter weather has shifted to the east . With that said I like everyone else will just keep doing what it takes to get through the day.

St Helens was a VE 5 eruption, 100 times smaller roughly than the Tambora VE 7 eruption that caused the 1816 year without a summer where temps globally we're only a degree off, and that during a solar minimum.

We set an all time record for snowfall this year, 113 inches. Please take your winter back. Thank you.

Jack Exactly! The planet's best hope may very well be the young folks that so many complain about nonstop.

They may hate us for the condition of the planet and the debt we refuse to address. they hate us, because they are being TAUGHT to hate us. apparently, they aren't TOO worried about "debt"...most of them are racking up quite a bit, but expect others (taxpayers) to pay it off.
