I’d like to get his sports picks. I agree. Especially since sport betting is legal here (2 casinos have it so far).

I’ve seen those commercials, mostly on CNN. They don’t run them during Jeopardy at home, different advertisements for different markets I guess. Wouldn’t matter anyway, we mute the commercials.
I don’t get Jeopardy here at camp, I hope James keeps winning so I can watch him again next week. I’m also rooting for him to beat Ken Jennings record.
Eh...wot?

Apparently the leak was accurate.
James lost last night. He was about $60,000.00 short of Ken Jennings all-time record.

Looked to me like he tossed the game he was way out of character the way he went about that game!

It may have been he was ready to leave as well.

Looked to me like he tossed the game he was way out of character the way he went about that game! I don’t know Jerry, Emma Boettcher, Last nights winner, played a heckuva game. She found the daily doubles early and bet it all at least once, a gutsy move. She was playing to win and I give her credit for playing a great game. James’ low bet in final Jeopardy was designed to beat the third-place guy. Even betting at all, James would not have been able to catch Emma if she answered the question correctly. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if she’s really that good or just got lucky.
Eh...wot?

Nope I think he just was ready to quit. He didn't play his regular game and didn't ring In on lots of questions.

Another two games and he could've been the highest earning contestant on Jeopardy. He was only $56,484.00 away from beating Jennings. Why would he quit?
Eh...wot?

Emma used James' tactics against him. She picked the high value clues first, found both daily doubles in the second round and went all in on at least on of them.

He did the opposite of ALL of his previous games and lost to me the best indicator was he was not even upset when he lost he looked relived. Lets see how long the new champ lasts and that will help sort it all out.
He has a few million to work with now maybe he felt limited on what he could make on the show and maybe he has bigger fish to fry?
