Looks too good to be true. I would start by checking the price against Kelly Blue Book. I'm not a Nissan aficionado so I can't tell the year just by looking at it, but it looks relatively new, which again makes me think something fishy might be going on. Possible flood damage perhaps? Looks like a crew cab, not a regular cab, so it could be a case of the owner not knowing what they have, or a simple mistake.
You can get a check engine code reader that works with an app on your phone, always helpful for checking logged codes that may have been cleared without being fixed.
Maybe some Nissan owners will chime in with some common issues for that model/year if any that you'll want to be aware of.

Well I showed this to my dad and he told me he inboxed the guy two days prior apparently after some questions the guy said he sold it.......yeah I think imma pass on this one. I'm thinking you made a good decision.
