I could've been criminally charged for the death of an inmate under my watch . Especially had I shown cowardice and/or negligence in my duties.
But kids simply going to school are different ? Lesser ?
Man should've been charged that day.

A lot falls on the Sheriff for not providing proper active shooter training to begin with, but how he could not go in there and do his job is beyond me!

A lot falls on the Sheriff for not providing proper active shooter training to begin with, but how he could not go in there and do his job is beyond me! That is a huge part of it.

X2 He stood around for 48 minutes after the 1st shot. News played a clip from his interview a year ago and he says he was busy the whole time calling for backup and doing other things.

He was a worthless tool along with the politician Sheriff! The ex-sheriff is trying to get his job back. I don’t know why he wants his job back when he lost the respect of his officers. He said regardless, he is going to run for sheriff again. I hope he doesn’t win. Don’t see how anybody could vote for him.
