Mexico is taking huge measures, to stem the flow of illegals, because they don't want President Donald Trump to put a 5% tariff on Mexican imports. Hopefully illegal aliens from Mexico will be a much smaller problem in the future.
Keith Mexicans will continue to be a problem illegally crossing our southern border, it is only the The illegals from south of Mexico that are going to be stopped. The ones who are not back booting American money to Mexico once they get here. Osky

One reason CA has a huge problem is weather in S.CA. No winter. Easy to sleep outside. Deadbeats are moving there in droves. Easy to be homeless, lots of social programs, and best of all marijuana is legal.
Another is lack of good paying jobs. Illegals will sleep 15 to a garage and work cheap. State government insists illegal immigration is a good thing and protects them. Feds refuse to prosecute employers.
There is a lack of housing. It is scarce enough to make real estate prices the highest in the nation. Catholic latino's are good breeders. Birth control is a sin and big families are still a good thing in their culture.
Agriculture is still big but shrinking all the time. The biggest industry is still entertainment. A lot of money for a few and state government but not much for most. Oil patch was big but nut jobs are doing all they can to stop that industry. Still some big cow calf operations but the calves all get sent to TX and KS to get fattened up so they can be slaughtered and hauled back.
It is one big cess pool and getting worse
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Entertainment is a big industry. Boco's favorite folks have to have something to pass the time until the next free meal.

I see that and you have to just shake your head. Lol It is all driven by votes and politics and CA will get bailed out by the blue in the future and then they can call the red the bad guys for not going along with their agenda. America needs to wake up and stand up against the blue party. This would be something I could MN to do also with their liberal run state with a large immigration population. Minnesota does have its share of problems, including a fair amount of liberals and immigrants. Even so, I still breath a breath of fresh air every time I realize that, at least, we ain't got Snowy.

Having done a lot of business out there I feel it’s one of the most incredible places on earth. It has the ocean, beaches, mountains skiing, deserts, heavy timber land to the north and so on. Pick a climate you want and they pretty much have it. Sadly what they also have is a population of rats who’s very religion of zero consequence has done nothing but destroy and promote a culture of fleas. Now rather than face up to the mistakes they themselves have made the rats are fleeing the sinking ship and moving on to spread the horrible infestation to the newfound lands of the west Montana, Wyoming, and so on. These human rats will destroy those places as well with their ways and fleas.
Osky Just had to remind you when you were running down the CA people, there are many that say the same thing about MN people. When they see a MN plate they call them CA North.. Lol

I believe it's Germany that has the welfare answer. You can be on welfare - but you have to show up at a designated point each morning and put in 8 hours of work each day. Picking up trash, mowing grass, etc. - for minimum wage. Yup, I can testify to that since I am from there.... My poor mother keeps saying this above over and over regarding those on welfare here in the states and i have to remind her that it don't work like that over here.

When I do visit my relations on my native side in MT they laugh and make disparaging remarks about you and your 3 and 4 generations who have taken their land, destroyed their way of life, and locked up the old and young on piddly reservations where before you and yours came they rode wide and free, supported themselves and each other. You are hypocrite. Be mindful of casting stones. Osky

Interesting! Lol You were the one that started the rock throwing about CA people, Right! Go read your post. I just reminded you, that is the same things that are said about MN people.

Nobody is keeping the natives "locked up" on reservations. They are free to leave if they wish to go forth into the world and put forth some effort to improve themselves.
