I would die! I think kidney stones are more of an American thing compared to Canadian.

If you don't stay hydrated and have a stone, your going to be prone to more, sad fact, unless you change your diet as well, stay away from carbonation to it's a binder for the minerals that your body can leach away while it needs moisture, if you can control both of them your going to be a lot better off,,,stress is a factor as well
Good Luck, I have a small bottle of them and each is a reminder that I took to long to change my diet !!
Sorry if my opinions or replies offend you, they are not meant to !

I had a 5mm years ago the day before the NTA in Montgomery City, MO. I walked around with a big bottle of water drinking as much water as I could all day in a lot of pain. That 1st night in the hotel room I woke up at midnight & passed it I was a 100% better after that.

How long does your history go back ? I'd drop the tea it's not any better for you than a soda, full of minerals and stuff your kidneys leech out. Without a lot of water they build up and bind together until a stone breaks lose.
What do you do for work and how much water do you really drink a day, supposed to have at least 2 to 3 liters, most don't even come close to that without having stones. Unless it's beer which is bad as well !!
Good thing about stones is the more you have your pain tolerance goes up, bad thing is that the little ones sooner or later turn into big ones that won't pass without sonic treatment or surgery, talked to lots who tried the stint method and it just moved them back up.
Best method I have found to move them is a large motor cycle on a long ride with good vibration on your back and kidneys, once they drop into your bladder it's over, though I did once have a large one lock up just before being passed out the main vein so to speak, I then thought I was in deep do do, but walked around a bit drank a whole lot of water waited an hour or so until I felt the need to go, then drank some more and another half hour, went and it passed was the size of a pencil eraser, largest I've passed so far but it had had jagged ears on it so it wedged itself in on the way out, should get it mounted LOL
Just keep the water flowing and never just lie down when passing one it's best to keep moving and manipulating them muscles to force movement !!
Sorry if my opinions or replies offend you, they are not meant to !

Wait till you have one 1.2cm and another in the bladder 1.5cm. Surgery is only option. Doc said it would have killed me in the old days.
