Looking for a helping hand getting beavers out of a friends pond. I’ve never trapped beavers on purpose before and don’t personally know anyone who’s wanted to do the work for beaver.

Take a few minutes and look under the "Archive" section of the forums. Lots of good beaver trapping info there, along with all different types of trapping info for that matter.

you could also ask officers off your state trapping assn website, Google is your friend

Honkeylips, the G&P keeps a list of depredation trappers and by county of preference. It's a quick call. Now that season is over you have to call them anyway for the free 90 day depredation permit. Trapper can be named.on the permit as agent of the landowner. Landowner must apply for the permit, too. It's free, they can do it over the phone and can email you a .pdf of the permit.
If I was closer I would help but that's too far a drive to check traps for me.
