I get so sick of reading more fear mongering by these jerks on this climate change crap. They grab onto anything they can find and start the hand wringing. What you gonna do....buy carbon credits! What a joke!

Yep, like the climate has never changed in the past. The climate has always been changing and always will be changing. Good grief!

I love it when they give the age of something, 40k years old? Really, I guess I’ll take your word for it. Let’s assume their off by 5k years, close enough? Not when you look 5k years back from now. It’s a huge huge difference in time.

If they can clone sheep from brain base tissue they can clone a giant wooly wolf to. Wouldn't that be a treat.

Wait till Jesus comes back and science claims he’s a clone.

Careful what you say, some idiot will take you literally and we will have new trap restrictions to protect the previously extinct now endangered wooly wolf. You know like when someone said just how stupid can a liberal get and they took it as a challenge. grin laugh

Probably an ancient trapper waiting for the price to come up. I imagine 40,000 years from now somebody will dig up a freezer full of coon hides.

Isn't it just based on carbon-dating? Not 100% accurate, of course, but could anything really ever be?

That article used the phrase "climate change" in the correct manner in my opinion.
They could have also used the term "global warming" and still be correct.
We currently exist during the warming period following the ice age which this article references. Glacial ice and permafrost will continue to melt until the next ice age is upon the world once again.
