I love mussels. Salmon is on the cedar plank in the grill as I type, no mussels though. Dang, that looks good.

I'm thinking of gettin' some pizza, considering I've got the points for a free one... But that crappie in the freezer is calling my name

Pork chops grilled, corn on the cob and fingerling potatoes in butter with parsley! Glass of chocolate milk to wash it all down!

I cooked orange sweet peppers and onions in lard in a wok, added pepper, salt and white sugar then set aside in a bowl. I then cooked 2 pounds of ground venison, with lard added, in the same wok and added terriyaki, ground ginger, brown sugar, pepper and Grill Mates Montreal steak seasoning. I added the vegetables back and we ate it mixed into white rice. It was completely my own creation. I have never made it before. It was good.

Today's was even better. Except for the price. Wife had her Dad come up and she had me cook a 3 pound fillet minion. Best beef I have had but not worth the $18.99 a pound.

My lovely wife is out of town for the week so I am left to my own devices.
Tonight will be sauerkraut with a local butcher shop's hot dogs and
a good dose of asparagus sautéed in olive oil on the side.
Tomorrow will be liver and onions with more asparagus.
I will be so skinny by fall I won't even cast a shadow .
H Reloader, that looks great and I am gonna have a real problem staying off
the sweet corn if we ever have any before August this year in Wisconsin.

Well I always thought anything that made yer pee smell like that had to be good for you.
It works well on a deer scrape too.

Extra sharp white cheese, Baby Swiss cheese, pretzels and washed down with ice water.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I cooked ribs and chicken on the smoker, corn on the cob, green beans, French fries, buttermilk biscuits with strawberry shortcake for desert. I don't mind cooking on father's day if I can get the smoker going. Brined the chicken overnight, really turned out moist.
