With all the rain we have had I haven't or can't recall this much for this long November of last year and still going just wondering how it's going to effect the turkey rabbit quail and other surface nesting animals don't hunt much anymore but allways thought it hurts anyone else thoughts.

I am glad for the rain we are getting in Page County. The grass has started turning brown.

If our pheasant population is an indicator, it’s a good thing.

I've go low areas in my yard that have held water since late Feb.

Even the stuff in the garden that likes a lot of water is drowning and we have the entire thing covered in black plastic.

On the positive side it has kept the mowing machines out of our hay fields. Which should give the young enough time to have left the nest and be big enough to get away from the mowing machines.
