Has anyone on here used it to sell?
If so, how did you ensure that you stayed legal.
I'm thinking that requiring a concealed carry permit and a matching driver's license to complete the sale should be adequate for Wisconsin.
Am I wrong?

Isn't it the buyers responsibility to ensure that they're legal? If it isn't, it should be.

I would ask to see their drivers licence. At least then you would know if they are from your state. If they are then I would proceed as planned.

I just kind of figured that if the state checked them out well enough to issue a carry permit that I would be covered if I make a private sale to the holder of said permit.

True, but not everyone wishes to have a carry permit. I know several that can pass a back round check but do not have a carry permit.
