Take a file to the one you have and dress up the edges. Then give it a quick heat treat to help it keep from deforming, with the cheap steel they use, if you heat to a Dull Cherry red and quench in light oil it will harden but not end up brittle. It extends the life of them for a while longer.
To be clear, when I say it will harden, it will become resistant to deforming but will be no where near knife hard. It will still deform and mushroom but it will take longer.

Thanks I have owned 2 from John Graham and 1 from Stalker. Both work excellent. The stalker is lighter and seems to drive a little nicer. I haven't put it through the abuse I put Grahams through though.

The reason your anchor comes out when you pull the driver Is because the anchor Is being deformed. This means the slot In the driver Is to tight and doesn't allow for the deformed anchor.
