Would love one but don't think my dog would go for it.

If they are anything like ferrets, they can be a bit of a hand full and need to be entertained ...... right up my street though as far as pets go.

It's on formula still. Stays under it's blanket till just before dark then ready for attention and more food. Not old enough to spray so hoping it ends up trained well lol.

Descent it when it's small before the sacks develop it's a simple process really!

That sounds like the best advice. Hoping it turns out trained well sounds kind like a bad accident waiting to happen to me.

Yeah - I think "praying" it turns out trained would be much better.
I'd get it fixed - but to each his own.
They are cool little guys and gals.

Get it fixed to avoid "female issues" and Male aggression issues if its a male. If you need more info go to skunkhaven.net to get the Q/A answers your looking for. I have had one for the last 6 years and the drama has yet to come but I keep mine away from strangers to avoid the drama.

Ya, maybe I phrased that incorrectly. Perhaps I should have said would not get along with it....

My buddy has a chocolate. It is an awesome pet. Would definitely have one before I’d have another cat in the house.

Well found the little fella a good home a friend of mine that has had one for 4 years asked if he could have it so his would have a friend. He knows way more then I do about taking care of one. Sad to see the little guy go but at least it will be well taken care of and have a friend. Plus wife didn't seem oh so thrilled about having a pet skunk. He lives right down the road from us said are daughter can come visit him whenever she wants so that's all good.
