apparently none of his actions was a felony! Had they been he'd be in prison for pocessing a firearm! come on they could stop his illegal activtys!! They want the fine money! A house arrest bracelet would end this. So this tells me they want the publisty and fine money

He probably wont quit but as long as he's free they are enabling him to repeat ! This same guy was on a tv series close to ten years ago! Time for a different course of actions. Property and guns are seized every day by law enforcemen! What makes this guy special?

All a license does is make the honest person, lawful. He did 27 months got out and never missed a beat. he will do it again.

So a guy who hunts, fishes and traps (poaching) with a suspended license is being punished by suspending his license? that is pure genius, must be the legal weed.

His name seemed familiar so I searched my emails and contacts.
Found where he had requested a quote for cage traps but nothing more than that.
Was afraid some of my traps might make it into the media again.

Few years back a guy in N CA got busted breaking some trapping laws and my cages were shown on that game warden TV show.

They tried that here with the local slob poacher can't think of much he has not poached or littered in the area but we have no statute to allow a lifetime ban at this time.

They can't ban or take away his poaching permit, so what is the big deal? He'll have go buy another gun and he's back in business. So, now he can't buy permits in other states, again no problem- poachers don't need no stinkin permits.

Makes it hard to explain why you have a fishing pole, trap or gun in your hand then you would think, if he had a felony then let the Feds deal with that gun charge.
