Hear me out, although this might be the answer to a different question.
I carry everyday, and find the typical super-stiff carry belts to be a bit uncomfortable with those extra 30 lbs that you might call a "Dunlap".
I wear a pair of "trucker's suspenders" that hook under a regular belt that does a great job. They pretty much make the piece weightless. Now the weight of the gun is distributed between the belt on the waist, and suspenders to the shoulders. In addition, the suspenders draw the casual observer's eye away from the gun, making concealment even easier.

If you can't carry without spending a hundy on a belt, well.

I've got a Grip6 belt that I like, but it's not leather and i haven't tried it with an IWB holster. My next belt will probably be a ratchet belt, like a Slide Belt. It offers 1/4" adjustments with no holes. Slide BeltsI've had one of those slide belts and really liked it. However it was not a belt built to hold up a CCW.

The best belt I have ever purchased: https://www.duluthpack.com/products/duluth-pack-leather-belt-1The company is known for making gear that lasts. One piece construction is a must. I have been wearing this belt daily to work, church, chores for 18 years and it is in the same condition as the day I bought it.

I also now wear suspenders , most days standard braces that a attach to my pants with buttons . it is no problem to also wear a belt with the button suspenders it works well for me as I have grown to the Historic family shape
some extra in front and nothing in the rear to hang a belt on
the suspenders also add the advantage of holding the belt higher than it would naturally ride if belt alone so that you don't need a shirt near to your knees to cover the gun.
a light t-shirt puts something between you and the IWB holster as well as something between you and the suspenders a cover shirt un-tucked and no one sees a thing
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Zim, when you get a good, heavy duty, wide, thick, leather belt you can go around and tell all the misfit kids " don't make me take my new belt off!!!!!!"

Zim, did you ever find a belt? Yes, I ended up buying a Crossbreed at the local Gander Outdoors store. Very happy with it, I think it was about 50 bucks. Zim
