I think it bad manners to post ummy pictures without recipes! Pardon me. I coat crappie fillets/pieces with this. Louisiana Fish FryThen soak them in 375* peanut oil until they float. But before you do that, chop fresh cabbage, cilantro and onion. Crumble some Cojito cheese. Make some sauce(aioli?) with mexican sour cream (la crema), spices and lime juice and get out a jar of home made salsa. Here's the recipe for that. Salsa with lime juice.Warm your tortillas in a little butter in a skillet and have at it.
