Interesting case and will change the way hunting is managed in the west and also anywhere there were native treaties.

Seems like maybe we should be able to hunt the Reservation now given the way the supreme court read the case.

We have been dealing with that crap in northern WI and MN since the 80"s. Nothing good has come of it. Prayers sent.

If Warren was to be elected president, she would probably try and give the natives all of their lands back. Kinda like what’s happening in RSA.

Bingo Corky. It's 2019 and we can't seem to assimilate and equate under the law. To the victors go the spoils, skippy....unless....

Well hope there are some kind of limits as to what can be harvested if not won't be long until we have very little wildlife.

Face palm.. I maybe way off and if so there will be many on here that will remind me. Native Americans seem to have been at war with each other since the first sunrise.
It was always battle of the fittest and the victor took the spoils. I suppose back then the victor took the best hunting, fishing and trapping ground along with the hot chicks until he got kicked off by
the next stronger outfit. So what is different? We get our but kicked if we can't hold our ground and so it goes.
