Well, I cooked 11 pounds of pork loin for pulled pork sammitches for my troops, 10 pounds of baked beans, 4 heads of cabbage cooked up in a large cast iron skillet. 15 pounds of tater salad and a 69 pound watermelon from a guy that sales them every year bout this time. These Troops ate all of it except for about half that melon. That's what we had tonight.

I love creamed corn and they don't sell it here. I've tried making it myself but it hasn't turned out great.

It mixes with the mashed potatoes better than anything.
