Drags (pre-hooked on vegetation) or cable/chain around something solid. I don't have that problem here in Michigan, so that's the best I can give ya. Drilling into rock for each set seems like a lot of work.

KY is mostly soft lime stone. A cordless drill, couple extra batteries and a couple masonry bits will work. Assuming that's what kind of rock you will deal with. Rebar and cross stake. Could use pretty short and also just 3/8s if your going into 6 -8 inches of stone. Drags work great in brush. Not so much in timber. They don't hang up on trees. Trees are too big

With a cordless drill and some masonry bits and some expandable concrete anchors you can make short work out of anchoring those traps. No need to drill re bar sized holes In rock.
Just Google Anchors for concrete there are 100s of simple options. And most hardware stores will have what you need.

Hydraulic cement in existing holes/cracks, drill holes for concrete anchors, loop cable around LARGE rocks, nuts on cable or chain in crack backed by H cement. I had all kinds of trouble when I tried drags, nowhere near enough sign.
