I just read on mma junkie that peta sent Conor Mcregor a letter imploring him not to wear fur. He has an extensive fur coat collection. Peta stated that since Ireland is banning fur farms, he should consider a fur free lifestyle. I’m wondering, is it good news for fur trappers that Ireland ceases from producing ranch fur, and could this be a trend?

Overall, the banning of fur farms in Ireland and other places is bad news. It is the tip of the iceberg. If you think PETA will stop with fur farms, you are mistaken. Once fur farms are banned, they will move on to something else - hunting, zoos, poultry operations, anything that has to do with animals.

Divide and Conquer.

Banning fur farms is only one step towards what PETA would like to accomplish, another step along the way is banning fur sales like L.A. and San Francisco have done and New York is still considering. Next might be banning possession of fur, just like some types of Ivory. No, any success PETA has in the least, is not good for trappers.

Death by a thousand cuts never give an inch they will take the whole thing. Why is it that anyone or group should be able to dictate what a person wears, eats or otherwise if it does not hurt someone else live and let live.
