Planted indeterminate now flowering out. Should suckers be trimmed and all at once? Thanks

I pull suckers when i first see thèm. I also pull off any branches that touch thé ground to prevent mildew.

Same thing- I trim them to 3 or 4 leaders and train them up a trellis so they don't get on the ground. Thin them the whole growing season
