I get a shot in my left eye every five week. Better than going to the dentist. JMO

I absolutely hate novocain shots in my mouth. Found out the hard way novocain has very little effect on me. Took 17 shots before the dentist says no more and yanked 2 of my wisdom teeth

My daughter-in-law is a dental hygienist. When a patient says "sorry, I didn't have time to brush my teeth this morning." She says "that's okay, I haven't had time to wash my hands either."

Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Dentists are the best medical aid to life first and foremost.

Good teeth, healthy mouth, directly affects the whole body.

Well known it is, that negligent tooth care causes systemic inflammation , heart disease, digestive troubles and disease, and untimely deaths.

Needless to say, there's nothing more attractive than clean white teeth and breath , in a winsome smile.

I have had wonderful dentists, including a Green Beret Special Forces shooter , whose lively stories I appreciated hearing as he did his perfect work on me. He encouraged concealed carry into his office , his work was remarkable .

I so appreciate the caliber of technology these days in dentistry .

The whole body gets such a great leg up in health from this one aspect of caring for the one body we have in this existence, to enjoy.

I have a son that is 35 who says the same thing. He has a mouth full of seriously decayed teeth. I am just waiting for infection to set in and it kill him and it will kill him or worse yet he will get brain damage from infection. I have seen both happen and it may sound harsh but I have tried to tell him and he won't listen so I had to give up on it.

Wish I had more time to trap....

I have no problems going to the dentist, and that's a good thing, since I wasn't born with good "teeth genes". I take great care of my teeth/mouth, but I still have problems.
Now, if we were back in the day when they didn't have all the drugs and technology.....it would be a different story!
(Take a shot of this whiskey. You guys, hold him down! eek shocked cry)

When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

Guilty of neglecting my teeth for about thirty years, was living in pain for years. Got shamed into going to dentist, soooo glad I did.

Dentists are evil terrible people. I have a learned fear of the dentist. I had braces when I was young, and had to have all four teeth (on the outsides of my top and bottom canines) removed to make room. I had the bottom wisdom teeth removed, the guy busted them up with a hammer and then dug the pieces out. I went ot work the next day as a cashier at the grocery store and got sent home because I was so swollen and green. When I got my top wisdom teeth removed, the guy gave me some novacaine (which gives me the shakes) and put me in a headlock and used a metal punch to push on the tooth until it popped out. When I was real little several of my baby teeth wouldn't come out on their own, so I had to go and get them pulled. That being said, I've never had so much as a cavity, I have very healthy teeth.
