Maybe someone with some more knowledge will chime in. Lonestar is pretty low on selenium from what I hear. mushroom nutrition info The nutrition information on food doesn't include everything that is in a food. For instance enzymes are in some foods. It's a important component of raw honey. That's why people pay a premium for it. To look at the nutrition info on honey, it would appear to just be sugar. But it is far more complex than that.
