the group Wisconsin carry Inc. helped with the law suit and the ruling by the judge was that a shirt with images of firearms and no other threatening text are just that free speech.

if as an example the shirt said "I am going to come to school and kill you all with my (image of an ak-47) " then that would be unacceptable and a threat no longer protected by free speech.

the group is now promoting 2A Tuesdays where parents are encouraged to send their kids to school in 2A positive shirts.

The situation described by GCPete is what needs to happen EVERY time a school administrator decides to punish a student for weapons possession when all that was involved was an image on a shirt, a poptart, a thumb and forefinger, etc. We must make the school board pay and make sure the community knows how their money slated for education was spent. School board members are elected officials and their behavior will change when their jobs are threatened.

The picture showed the kid holding another kid in a headlock and holding the gun against the kids head. He wanted to look like a "bada--"(his words). The punish may have been a bit stiff, but this guy whining in the video is way over the top. And he is probably one who calls liberals "snowflakes".

The left is striving for a referendum on the 2nd Amendment, no doubt about it. Vilifying firearms and their owners and mobilizing public opinion against them is their goal. Thank goodness we still have a constitution that stands as the law of the land. For now.

I remember a 12 yr old in a park wanting to be a bada** with a toy gun and got his self kilt. He was saying he wanted to be a future murderous thug.
