Lock him up-he's a slob for leaving garbage(whale offal)laying around his yard and for not utilizing a valuable natural resource(Bear).

That wont be the last bear that gets shot, I'm thinking.

One of my buddy’s got 10 grand for a 10’6” polar bear this winter Alaska natives could use some income from Polar bear hides. Or from guiding. But at least they kept the non natives from hunting! That must be worth something? mt

In northern Canada every region and known sub population has a sustainable quota for polar bears but because of the MMPA the local guides here don’t have the line up of American hunters like they used to get. The majority of bears taken are by native hunters. Most bears are sold to private buyers. Here in this region the inuvialuit hunters would never leave a bear rotting outside their house. Some monster polar bears up here.

That must be worth something? mt There are so many polar bears along the Alaska coast they are a nuicance the natives may appreciate a few non-native hunters especially if the could get guiding fees. Isn't the American motto " pull yourself up by your boot straps"? dump the MMPA and give the Inupiat some boot straps!!

What is your definition of a village? I live in what would be called a village. It doesn't have rotting animals laying around.
