Does anyone know what size lap links fit in wolf fang anchors to attach them to chain?

The small size, as sold by F&T and MTP.

Interesting didn’t think of that what size of washer do you use? Also they don't bend at all?

I use a 1/2' lock washer spread them with 2 vise grips , put on the fang, put the spread back together and tack. I retrieve my anchors so I dont trust them without a tack weld

I was doing that. One broke loose when I was setting the anchor. I'll never trust washers again. I'm just going to a short
length of cable attached to chain.

Looks to me to be 3/16" diameter, about 7/8" wide, and about 1 3/8" long.

I use these to attach wolf fangs and super stakes to chain for my chain stakes. With lap links, there is no force applied in the direction that can help open the lap link when the stake is pulled, unlike when using an S hook or lock washer, even if tack welded. I do tack weld the doubled end of the lap link after closing it.

Have you had any problems with the 3/16 links? The thing that kinda makes me wonder about them is the working load of 240 pounds. I would assume that is enough but idk

I haven't had any problem with the 3/16 links. I use a stake puller to pull out the stakes. I have had S hooks, that were tack welded, open up, and I had a super stake head itself break under the stress of pulling, but no problem at all with the lap links. There isn't direct force applied to the tack welds to break them on the lap links when pulling, so that is why I switched to the lap links. I'm not a professional welder, so I trust the lap links with my tack welds, but not the S hooks or lock washers so much.
