tommorow is the deadline for gun dealers in Illinois to be compliant with some of the new rules or lose their licsenses. was listening to a local radio show this morning and a local /well respected gun dealer was on talking about them..........the new rules pretty much require the same thing a ffl dealer has to have......and then pay a yearly 2000 dollar liscense. when a firearm is purchased......a persons age is required,how much the purchase price was, is the gun concealable.............and get this.........the purchasers occupation.

also........any law enforcement officer may walk in the store at any time to inspect records........if the gun dealer is not compliant...he can be fined 10,000 dollars for each violation.


sounds like something hitler did.

this would be why more than half of the counties in ILL are listed now as 2A sanctuary counties.

and the test will begin tomorrow as to what that really means.

the question will be how soon can it be challenged in court ?

This could be the start of a long, messy fight between American citizens and American government. I hope the government backs down because American citizens are reaching their breaking point.

I talked to guy a couple weeks ago that said he wouldn't be selling guns any longer. His theory is they can't outlaw guns , they just make it so expensive and all the book work that no one can comply, thus the end goal.

Maybe not so much the American Gov, but, Illinois (Chicago) Gov.
