I listened to some ranchers talk about blowing up railroad tracks about 20 years ago in a bar. Railroad was talking about drilling water wells on their right of way and hauling the water to Denver. They were not drunk smiling or laughing. With the aquifer that full again it may come up again.

I just read a post on here yesterday where a guy bought some land and everyone was telling him to fence it, post it, and get a big gate,chain and lock.
