That's the portal Bigfoot ( Samsquanch) uses to come here and hunt. People say, gee, why don't we ever find sign of a bigfoot. Duh, they are space travelers and shape shifters to boot, you just proved it ack. Congrats!

With it being so squared off at the bottom it is unusual. I'd have to guess the tag end of the mounting strap since it doesn't look like it could be a bug or any kind of plant.

Huge lightning strike across from the house this afternoon, maybe biggest I've been around. Don't know what it hit but it was something, rumble went on for it seemed like two minutes. Been around a bunch, this one was big.
