Just saw on the news where the Chamber of Commerce in Chicago sponsored an event in which kids could hit a piñata shaped like an ICE officer (including the letters ICE inscribed on the piñata) with a stick. If all this anti-law enforcement activity across the nation doesn’t rile you up to vote I guess nothing will.

And guess who's there to fire you, and try and charge you with a crime? Even though most all of these firings are overturned after said department/city drags their feet until the political agenda is done, it's commonplace now. Toss in a Right to Work state and nobody to get your job back.

The clip either way is embarrassing...but I know whey they let it happen. This is exactly how most of these Progressive cities want their police to act nowadays.

Locally, they tried to take away the Police force's guns. Said they could see the city with an unarmed police force. Would be better for everyone. The state had to step in and tell them Nah.

Calvin, I agree with you on a lot of points, however LEO's haven't help themselves imo until maybe starting now. I also understand that Sheriffs are elected and Police Chiefs work at the pleasure of the Mayor. Those LEO's in the video should have arrested those disrespectful thugs immediately and upheld the oath they took. What's it gonna be like when the next LEO's go into those neighborhoods, my guess is it won't end well.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

It'll not be long before we see riots in our streets just like Puerto Rico. Our founding fathers had the foresight to see this change in our Government and the means to fight back. It appears that people want the anarchy in our streets and I believe after the next election the streets will be flooded with these people. Keep your guns close and invest in more lead.

Catch....I agree with you. They should have got on the radio, made some arrests and gone with it... BUT those cops knew what was coming if they tried to arrest those people. It would have turned to a mud storm, And that's why they didn't. But once this starts, it's a very slippery slope. The admin will use this clip as the "standard" and anyone that does anything outside of it will be made to pay the consequences.

Again this clip is exactly what most of the department heads/Mayors/City council wants out of their officers nowadays. Policies are written to get what they want. Go against policy and see where you're working next.

Yes, Police Chiefs around the country work for the Mayor and city council. Don't do what they want and youre gone. Was a time when NYPD didn't answer to the mayor or city council. I guess maybe that's changed? Police Chiefs are political pawns. At least the Sherriff only answers to the people. Would be nice for the Sherriff to take over....but I don't think the Sheriff's dept will be hiring an additional 40,000 deputies to take on NY city anytime soon.

This is nothing new in NY the NYPD hates the Mayor and they have publicly turned their backs on him several times. No love loss there!

Backing from politions or not,,them cops, should not have let that happened.Comes a time when you need to do whats right, weather you loose your job over it or not.By letting them hood rats get away with that,,they put their fellow police in grave danger next time they have to go out.

Yes

But they shouldn't put themselves through such situations if they arnt allowed to do their job. Every officer there should resign and let that city burn in anarchy!

I would have said heck with it and sent the one who threw the bucket straight to h3ll! That would had been the only warning the others would have got. But there is a reason I was a door kicker and not law enforcement! My hat's off to those men and women!

Someone should get a bucket of water and throw it on the mayor, wonder how that would turn out.

That ICE pinata story is horrible, teaching young kids to basically be domestic terrorist. Least ways imo, sure don't seem like assimilation to me. I can't believe a lot of this stuff is going on, good grief.

The sad part it is reported that the Chamber of Commerce sponsored it.

This is the result of Obama's backing the criminal element and making the public view every act by the police as questionable.
The lack of respect for law enforcement and the increase in racial tensions were the worst things about his 8 years in office.

The world must b e gonna end because that's twice in the last few weeks we agree on something!

Obama and H. Clinton should've both been charged for inciting violence on the Dallas police shootings. They were both on tv spewing anti-cop crap and then that guy killed a bunch of them during a BLM protest. Imagine if Trump did the same!

(And, being Clinton was running for president that year the MSM covered her remarks up.)

I also remember some guys on here supporting the anti-cop stance before the facts came out.

Lots of good 'ole boys are anti-law enforcement too. Lots of folks whine about them until they need their help. One of the most thankless job in America.
