The newspaper the shedder was wrapped in was August 6, 1963. At first sight it looked like a cement float or the like. Don't think it ever saw wet cement. The end of the bottom, how it is laying, it slightly beveled from light wear. I was leaning towards the leather working tool, but a pig castrator may be it. Thanks for the fun.
