Either one works well. The title might be a bit heavy on the top one, taking away from the great photo. Your very close to having it. Pure opinion from here forward.

Yes, I like it very much! Type feels right where it is. The angle and shape of his image leads your eye back and forth between the two pieces of type. I pity the books sitting next to it on the table!

Stand back 10 feet as if you are in a book store and try to read the cover with the print type.
the dark will be read-able for those old folks out there..

the white manure already throws the white lettering off......ie snow.

I like the white letters, however reading your dad's name is easier to see with the black.

I like the White Letters. I see too many Books with Black Letters. Either way this Book is Great News for us Trappers.

The white letters provide the best contrast for me.
