The masses no longer have any ties to the land. Used to people still had a tie to the farm thru Grandpa, but those days have gone on. People need a cause and the one access they have to their fantasy world is driven by the media. The media goes where the easy money is, the nursery rhymes have been modified from their origin to satisfy the hunger of the market of the masses. The masses are living in the dark with only a glimpse of the shadows provided by puppets with only dim lighting. I'm thinking education of facts has been exhausted on deaf ears.

Its amazing the amount of news about people getting bit or gored by wild animals while trying to feed or pet or get a better closeup picture. The animals are wild, really? That's not what Disney taught me!

Sympathy for animals. Didn't this start with Bambi and the bad hunters? I watch shows about the Arctic ocean. I swear they're paid a bonus for every time they say climate change.

I'd like to know what the stats are on the amount of Anti's that had anything to do with the reintroduction of the wolf, you can probably count that on one had wearing mittens!

There is no reason to try to understand those self hating folks .If you explain to them that if we don't hunt them they lose their gear and start hunting us they will tell you there are too many people anyway

Our 10 y/o granddaughter is with us this week. She lives outside of Louisville Ky in a small town subdivision and goes to public school. Her head is so full of, as Ronald Reagan said, "so many things that aren't so." Of course "wolves are endangered" is one of them. She did not learn this stuff at home but was taught it in public school in one of the more solid red states in the country. What chance do kids in the blue states have?

Speaking from Oregon -- none -- We yanked both of our kids from public school at Jr. high level. These are farm kids from a small town. My family are all teachers in fact i had my grandmother for a teacher in jr high. My parents after teaching were on the school board. We took alot of heat by pulling them but it was worth it -- the crap they are teaching now baffles me.

Out teachers have to get back the 3-R, I could care less on how you think and believe in. Keep you personal opinions to yourself. JMO

At least in our state the 3-r's take a back seat to everything else. It's obvious that they are not being taught anymore

Taxpayers have now ponied up nearly a quarter of a million dollars killing wolves for this one operation. It's time to move the cattle and retire this specific allotment.


Well maybe they should let the trappers and hunters do it for free! (after the license fee)

Taxpayers or is it taxes from the Pittman Robertson Act and sportsman's dollars more likey! The whole story sounds just like a story, several packs eliminated? Really is sounds like a Anti story from the start.
