If I buy one book, which one is best for finding trap values and other information for a full range of collectable traps? Thanks.

The Trap Collectors Price Guide by Andreski & Parr. Available on eBay for $46.00, shipping included.

Hands down the very best book that includes prices. There is another series of books available - about 20 "volumes " with a cost of about $400.00 - that is not nearly as good.

If you want a book with just information (no prices), get the Steel Trap in North America by Richard Gerstell. 300 page hardback book with lots of pictures. Talks about traps from the 1800s until 1985. Cost about $60.00.

Are there any trap collector books that list Sleepy Creek traps? Now that they are out of production?

I'm thinking that it is too early for Sleepy Creek traps to be in Collectors price guides.

They have been out of business for less than a year. The most recent edition of the price guide is 2016/2017. Give it another 5 years or so before they are listed.
