A celebration is in order as soon as your'e settled .

The side issues will fall into place along the way, as the big focal points are taken care of.

The goal realized after time, work, and attaining, is worth every mile.

Good for you, Michael, for seeing happiness , viewing from the front windshield, and leaving the view out the rear mirror in the place it needs to be .

26 then 40 towards Knoxville I don't remember the turn of number to Sharps Chapel. Sat nav makes a person pay less attention to things like that then a paper map on ones lap did in the past.

The Norris Lake area was a great choice. It's beautiful there and all the boats should provide plenty of work.

There are 3 marinas within a 30 minute drive from where we bought the land. So its not to much of a commute for me. On top of that I am not going to abandon my regular customers here and whenever I have a weeks worth of work lined up, I'll drive down to Hilton Head and sort their problems out. I have plenty of boats I can stay on while I am down here. So don't even have to get a hotel. Other than that I can fix most anything so will probably do everything from small engine to refrigerators and Rv's to farm equipment and canvas sewing.. My philosophy is if one want to work and does it well, there is always something to do. Started out new here and after one year I quit advertising because I was booked out for weeks ahead just by word of mouth.

Won't be long if do quality work at a reasonable rate you will be buried in work before you know it. Welcome to the great American dream.

Yup. It happened here on Hilton Head and I don't see why it is not going to work out in Tennessee. I will probably have to adjust my hourly rate somewhat for where we are going. But I'll figure that one out once we are there. Plus the fact that I have so much to do on the property itself, I don't have time to work as many hours as I am currently doing here.
