So my wife is set on seeing the national parks in southern Utah. I told her they're probably all pretty similar. Who has seen them and what's the places to go?

Bryce is "pretty" but Zion is actually interesting if you have a background in geology. I couldn't get enough of Zion !!

Just did the bryce canyon on the way to the western, well worth the trip. Seen Zion 19 years ago bsck when you could drive threw it. We enjoyed them both. Seen 2 bobcats when we were at zion, 1 bobcat jumped off this cliff rock i bet it 10-15 feet high. Seen some elk at Bryce canyon, a coyote and a road kill grey fox.

Let me sugar coat this

My wife and I did a loop of parks 2 years ago. We spent 2 days in Zion, 1 day in Bryce, and then went to Page for a few days to see the Lake Powell area. We then headed south to the Grand Canyon with 2 unexpected highlights along the way. The first place was Sunset Crater national monument. The other was a national monument outside of Flagstaff which had a number of old cliff dwellings.

We flew into Las Vegas and flew out of Pheonix. It was an awesome trip and fairly low budget due to some hotel points and southwest points.

I live about 2 hours from Moab. Have been to them all. I wouldn't count out Arches. Or the Needles District.

I've been to arches and canyonlands. Arches is only okay, it's too touristy for me. Paved paths everywhere and a million people. Canyonlands is huge, you wont see most of it from the parking areas, you could spend days exploring there.

If you're feeling adventurous, the la sal mountains are a couple hours south of moab. High (over 13,000ft) peaks with trails all over. very beautiful.
