Mastercard has done very good for me. Same here ! Visa as well. The move away from cash toward plastic is gaining momentum every day.....worldwide. Right now is a good time to be very careful. This market is looking for any reason to sell off significantly. Those who favor drug or healthcare stocks remember that congress has you directly in it's sights regardless of the next election outcome. Land is far too illiquid for my liking. As Charles mentions , oil has had a bad few years. Frankly, I don't believe we will ever see oil prices the way they were 10 years ago. The move away from oil is inexorable even though it is slow
