Does the cookout cost anything?

Trapping is easy you say? You try getting your target animal to step in a 3 inch area of its whole territory.

The cookout is by donation only. All food items are donated. You do not need to be a member to join. If you would like to share a meal please come join us. If you would like to donate, all monies raised go to the kids trap raffle program. This is a program where kids can go see John Caretti and his helpers Saturday morning and will win an instant prize. That prize may be a bottle of lure, a trap, a hat, something. Every kid gets an instant prize. If they will be there at 3:00pm Saturday they can enter to win one of the starter kits. Beaver, canine, raccoon, muskrat. There are multiple kits. The money raised at the dinner goes directly to buy more items for next year.

I'm loving that weather forecast. Supposed to be in the mid 90's here today.

MI workers did a great job! If I recall correctly, Joe said there were 1059 through the gate. That's about 200 more than last year. I had a great time, as always in Michigan, and am looking forward to Kalamazoo next year. Thank y'all for all the hard work that went into putting on this event.

Great place to go to if you have any interest in trapping. Nice to be in a place where everyone has the same interest. Always learn something new. Paul is it going to be in KZ next year?

That's where the NTA convention is to be held.

Paul, any dates for the NTA next year in KZ?

If someone has done better than you, you settled for less but, it's not their fault.
