Can someone ID the #0 in Lot 284? I appears to be a Triumph, but double-jawed like the Diamond 21's...

Can someone ID the #0 in Lot 284? I appears to be a Triumph, but double-jawed like the Diamond 21's... I would call it a Newhouse #81.
