When I worked for the National Park Service I had a Ranger tell me that while working on Isle Royale he was watching what he figured to be a huge Lake Trout swimming just under the surface of Lake Superior when out of nowhere a eagle came down and sunk its talons into its back and tried to lift off.The fish was struggling big time and was too big for the eagle to lift out of the water, but he couldn't retrack his talons out of the fish. The eagle struggled for a while he said,so did the fish.He said the eagle was found dead later floating with the fish still in its talons.

Too many %$#*&^%$# popups to even get to the video. Would like to see it but if that *^%$$**^ sight had one more stupid window pop up I was about to throw the you-know-what computer out my front door.

That fish looked to be exhausted from a lengthy fight on a line, and thrown back by the angler before the eagle grabbed it.On shore it could only give one or two slow flips.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Definitely something wrong with that musky. No way a flying possum could hold a fresh one that size
