Dove hunting followed closely by predator hunting

I see I'm in good company. Squirrels... with my flintlock. Just need some cooler weather.
My brother in law just bought 250 more acres and told me I was welcome to hunt it. So I might actually try for some deer this year if I can find the time.

Waterfowl, hands down. Would really like to get into hunting for Woodcock One of the most memorable hunts I’ve been on was a duck hunt in western Kansas in the fog and a 40mph north wind. Shot my first canvasback then. Lots of years ago but a true highlight of hunting

Squirrel hunting is the only successful hunting I've had so far other than trapping. X2... Though I am hoping to bag a bear this year
