tastes better! The kids caught, cleaned and had a hand in cooking a few of them 10pc crappie nuggets! May have to start baking them, starting to sweat out the grease.

Looks good, a tip on the grease is fry them first then take a baking sheet with a rack on it spread them out on it use paper towels if you wish and put them in a 170 degree oven it will help the grease leave.
