February is not a busy time for Disney. Panama is nice as is Costa RICO. If fishing is y’all thing Panama is awesome. Heck for 5k y’all could go to Europe if you’ve got the time to take off.

New Orleans? Was there in September once and in May 2017 Depending upon when Ash Wednesday falls this city could be wild or calm, San Diego ? We were there a week in February of 2015 Old down town has been re done nicely. Zoo, Air Craft carrier tour, whale tours, Coronado Island, harbor tours San Antonio ? Was there in September years ago, Nice River Walk, Alamo Charleston? Was there 2018 in May. Lot of pre revolutionary war history, let alone Civil War etc. Beaches not too far away and some nice tours or the older parts of the city.
Some of the places have a lot of things to do, so to me deciding what you want to do and what pace you want to go at it and what is more important, history, scenery, activities, etc.
I don't know Charleston weather in February versus May but of the four with a couple days I would probably go back there again first. We were only there 2 days the other places we had 3-6 days.

I did this for my Wife's 60th birthday. She loved it as most women would. It cost close to 1000.00 for the day. She was happy and I went to the ball game that day so was good for me. Its in Minneapolis so not warm. https://www.makeoverguy.com

If you have never been to the Great State of Maine, I would suggest a trip up that way.
Do you guys have passports? If so I would suggest traveling back from Maine via Quebec City...
