This Sunday August 25th, the East Central Iowa chapter 16 of the FTA, (same great folks who put on the FTA National a couple years ago.) will hold their annual Rendezvous at the North Linn Fish & Game Club in Central City, Ia.

If you haven't been before, they have a pot luck dinner. Ch 16 furnishes meat (bring something to donate if you can). After lunch they will have some speakers and White elephant auction (their only fund raiser for the years). A few dealers will be on hand and a few tailgaters. There will be a few demos as well. The event is totally free. Lots of like minded folks to visit with. Come and enjoy.

Also something a little special to raffle off at the FTA fall meet this year...

NIB Stoeger .410 SxS - donated by ITT. Worth your trip for a chance to win it!

There will be a plethora of great trappers there, hope to see a lot of new faces too. Its well worth a 2-3 hour drive. People should start arriving by 7 am and get it full swing by 8:30-9 am. It'll wrap up around 4-ish typically so come early and enjoy the day and still be home in time to sulk for a few hours before going to bed about going to work on Monday. lol
